By using Ordex (ordexx.com) and its services you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

• Ordex provides Ordex OS — an operating system for stores on a monthly subscription, with optional add-ons (full accounting · HR · manufacturing) and an initial setup month covering integration, data migration and training.
• Subscription and add-on details and prices are shown on the pricing page and may be updated.
• The service runs on Ordex hosting and on infrastructure shared between clients, with each client's data in its own separate database. The subscription does not include a server dedicated to a single client unless separately agreed in writing.

Orders & Payment

• The order, scope and price are confirmed before execution or activation begins.
• Prices are in Egyptian Pound unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual Property

All systems, code and materials provided remain the intellectual property of Ordex; the client is granted a right to use them per the subscription type or agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the paid service; we are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms; updates take effect once published on this page.
