Orders arrive by a direct pull from your platform, a webhook from any custom store, or a file import. And we help you wire a payment gateway once you have a contract with one.
Already running another system? We move you off it
Migration is part of the setup month — no extra charge and no day of lost selling.
We sit on your current system and agree what moves: products, stock, costs, suppliers, customers, open orders and balances.
Every system exports Excel or CSV — we take it in our template. And if yours has an API we pull from it directly.
We import into your account and reconcile the totals with you — product counts, stock quantities and balances match before you start.
You run both for a short period while new orders land in Ordex, and you only shut the old one down once the numbers satisfy you.
Your carrier is not on the list?
That is fine — we connect any carrier that has an API. A generic adapter takes a JSON spec — endpoints, fields and status codes — and connects it with no new code. And if the carrier has no API at all, manual handover with statements, waybills and normal settlement works just like any other carrier.

If you have your own delivery company or riders of your own, they are registered inside the system like any carrier: waybills, handover to the courier, status moves, collection and order-by-order cash settlement — so your in-house delivery and the external carriers sit on the same screen.
